What is a Heavy Duty / TLC Cleaning?
The Heavy Duty and TLC (Tender Loving Care) cleaning add-ons are for homes that are more challenging than your average property. This may be from excessive dust, pet hair, grime, or a home that hasn’t been tended to in a few years. The Heavy Duty / TLC add-on gives us the time needed to ensure your home looks fantastic and meet the CompanyClean standards when we’re finished.
How will I know if I need a Heavy Duty / TLC cleaning?
When we arrive on site, we’ll let you know if you haven’t already established this will be a Heavy Duty / TLC cleaning. Our front desk will call you and discuss the add-on before we do any cleaning. Transparency and honesty is very important to us at CompanyClean, and we want you to be informed every step of the way. You can see our examples below to get an understanding on what qualifies for this add-on. Note that making this change to a cleaning is at our discretion, and may not match these pictures exactly.
How does this affect my rate?
At CompanyClean, we base our standard rates on the square footage of the home. This goes the same for our Heavy Duty / TLC add-on. Before we make any changes to your cleaning, we will discuss it with you. However, if we are unable to contact you within 20 minutes, we will proceed with the add-on as to stay on schedule.
