Non-Toxic and Biodegradble Cleaning Solutions
Annihilyte
Here at CompanyClean, we take the safety of your home and family seriously. We’re not out here to use the cheapest materials that put you, your kids, and pets at risk to save a few dimes. You expect a clean home, not one that smells clean but is actually covered in toxic chemicals.
That’s why the product we use to clean your home is Annihilyte, which consists of natural salt, minerals, and water with electrochemical activation . What’s that you ask?
Hypochlorous acid (\(HOCl\)) is a safe and effective disinfectant used for cleaning and sanitizing a wide range of surfaces, from everyday items to food-processing equipment. It is a powerful, yet gentle, antimicrobial agent that kills bacteria, viruses, and fungi without leaving behind toxic residue or damaging most surfaces. It’s also non-toxic, environmentally safe, and gentle enough to be used around children and pets, and is even approved by the FDA for use on food products.

Premium Tools for a Healthier Home
Vacuums
A clean home shouldn’t just look clean — it should feel healthier too. That’s why we use the Shark NV752 vacuum, which features a true HEPA filtration system to help remove dust, allergens, and pet dander from the air. We replace the filters weekly to ensure peak performance, and we clean and sanitize brush heads between every home to prevent cross-contamination. We also use fresh mop heads and microfiber cloths for each home, so what was used in one house never comes into yours. It’s all part of ensuring your family has a cleaner, healthier living environment you can feel good about.
Mops
We never reuse mop heads from one home to the next. Each home gets a freshly laundered mop head so the floors we clean stay truly clean—no residue, no hidden germs, and no “mystery streaks” from a previous house. It’s one of the simplest ways we protect your home’s cleanliness and your family’s health.
Dusting / Microfiber Cloths
We use a color-coded microfiber cloth system to prevent cross-contamination. Each color is assigned to a specific area of the home—kitchen, bathrooms, common spaces, and dusting—so there’s never any overlap. Every cloth is freshly washed and sanitized before use, ensuring the cloth that wipes your counters never touches your bathrooms.
Do you ever use chemicals?
There are times when chemicals may be used.
Ovens
Easy Off Fume Free
In some cases, ovens with years of baked-on buildup need a stronger product, so we use EASY-OFF® Fume Free when necessary. It’s a low-odor, fume-reduced formula designed to minimize irritation compared to traditional oven cleaners. Even so, we take extra precautions: we ventilate the area, limit exposure time, and ensure surfaces are safe before anyone uses the oven again. We only use stronger products when they’re truly needed — always with your family’s health and safety top of mind.
Showers
Excessive hard water build up (which occurs often here in Highlands Ranch, Littleton, and Centennial) may need an agent to help bust through the grime.
Bar Keeper’s Best Friend
Chemist George William Hoffman formulated an oxalic acid-based cleaning powder after discovering his pans sparkled after cooking Rhubarb. He sold this to taverns for use as a brass rail polish. Thrilled at the results, tavern owners dubbed the product, “Bar Keepers Friend.” It’s also a house cleaners best friend because it can really work through those water stains, bringing that same sparkle to your glass showers. We list it here for transparency, but it’s only a concern if you’re drinking it or get a face full of powder to the eyes (which we aren’t going to let happen).
