Cleaning Cancellation Policy

At CompanyClean, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to modify or cancel your scheduled cleaning services. We kindly request that you review our cancellation policy outlined below:

  1. Rescheduling Encouraged
    If you need to change your appointment, we encourage you to consider rescheduling to a more suitable time rather than canceling.

  2. Cancellations Made at Least 48 Hours in Advance

    • No cancellation fee will be charged for services canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
  3. Cancellations Made Between 24 and 48 Hours in Advance

    • A cancellation fee of $50 will be applied.
    • Note for One-Time Cleanings: The cancellation fee will be 50% of the total service cost.
  4. Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours to 4 hours Before the Scheduled Service

    • 50% of the scheduled service will be charged for one time services. $50 for recurring services.
  5. Cancellations Made Within 4 Hours of the Scheduled Service

    • The full cost of the scheduled service will be charged for both recurring and one-time services.
  6. Recurring Services

    • For cancellations of recurring services, we may apply a small surcharge to your next cleaning appointment. This measure helps us maintain the high-quality service you expect from CompanyClean.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and ensure consistent, excellent service for all our clients.

CompanyClean Cancellation Rights

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your scheduled cleaning service at any time for certain reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Service Availability: Unavailability of our cleaning staff or resources.
  • Errors in Description or Pricing: Mistakes in the service description or pricing information.
  • Errors in Your Booking: Inaccuracies or incomplete information provided in your order.
  • Inability to Access Your Home: Issues preventing us from entering or accessing your property.
  • Unsecured Weapons on the Premises: Presence of unsecured firearms or other weapons in the home.
  • Unreasonable Condition of the Home: The property is in a condition beyond what was agreed upon or poses additional challenges.
  • Unsafe Environment: Any conditions that pose a risk to the health and safety of our staff, such as hazardous materials or infestations.
  • Unable to Perform Cleaning Duties: For example, contractor teams on site performing renovations during a move out, or moving teams on site during a cleaning.

Depending on the reason, you may still incur a cancellation fee or charge on the order. Our decision to refuse or cancel a service is made to ensure the safety of our team and to maintain the high-quality service standards expected by our clients. We will notify you promptly if we need to cancel your service for any of these reasons.
