Pricing is based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage of the home, and any extras you might choose. Check out our booking page for pricing page for an instant quote and booking.

Note: Please choose the most accurate square footage size of your home. If you round down from 1605sqft to 1600, we will update the invoice accordingly.

The length of time for a home cleaning depends on the frequency of cleanings, condition of the home, size, and extras. Each home is different and that’s why we charge a flat rate for cleanings! This gives us the opportunity to focus on the quality of our work instead of trying to manage the clock.

 
An initial cleaning will generally take to 2 to 4 hours. On recurring cleanings the time will be shorter for monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly cleanings. The more you use us, the better the rates and speedier service!

Yes! Discounts for recurring cleanings are:

  • 50% for weekly service
  • 45% for bi-weekly service
  • 35% for monthly service

Sure can. If you want to skip a bedroom or bathroom, you can pick that option on your initial booking, or edit your upcoming appointment in the client portal.

Yes, we will do our best to send the same team for all appointments. We want to build a lasting relationship and know how important it is once you’re familiar with a team. If the same team isn’t available, we’ll let you know beforehand. 

Move-in/move-out cleanings require a more thorough cleaning for those spots that need some TLC after moving furniture and appliances. It also includes some extras to make sure the home is ready for the next family: 
Inside cabinets, fridge, freezer, and oven.

With CompanyClean, all initial cleanings are deep cleanings. This is so we can spend time on areas that may need extra attention. We will clean baseboards, ceiling fans, vents, and tidy up those long missed spots. 

After that, recurring cleanings will be maintenance cleanings and come with steep discounts and quicker turnaround. See our services page for more information.

Yes! We are fully bonded and insured. In addition, our professionals are background checked and screened. We also have regular training and assessments so we’re always performing at our peak.

Yes, you can cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled service through the customer portal. After that, a $50 cancellation fee will be billed.

We ask that reservations are made at least 24 hours in advance, but if you need service same day we have an option for that!

A hold is be placed on the account the business day PRIOR to the service. If the appointment is on Monday, the hold will be placed the Friday before. Payment is collected for appointments only after a service has been successfully completed. Final appointment costs will be automatically billed to the credit card on file. Typically, this takes place within 24 hours of the completed appointment.

We only accept credit cards for service payment.

Yes! Our team will bring everything you need to make your home CompanyClean. However, if you have specific cleaners that you would rather use, leave them out with instructions and we’ll be sure to use them.

We love pets! To ensure the safety of the pets and our teams, and prevent distractions, we require dogs to be secured. If no one is home and the dogs are out, a lockout fee will be charged since we can’t perform the work.
